If you receive a defective piece of merchandise, Overture LLC will replace the defective piece(s) at no charge and freight will not be billed to you. If you order an incorrect size, item may be returned. Freight will be charged for the new piece. If you receive an item or items that are not what you expected in terms of style or quality, Overture LLC will take the goods back and issue a full credit to your credit card. Please e-mail us about the problem and we will provide our UPS account number to return the goods to Overture LLC.
